Swadi PU Flex 360 is a two-component, highly deformable hybrid polyurethane tile adhesive designed for fixing all types and sizes of ceramic, vitrified, porcelain, glass, natural stones and engineered stone tiles. It is suitable for both porous, non-porous and wet area substrates, including concrete, plaster, gypsum/drywall boards, plywood, metal, stainless steel, composite boards, and existing tiles.

After curing, Swadi PU Flex 360 develops high flexibility and super strong adhesion to any substrate and even withstands vibration, thermal expansion, contraction and movement.

Coverage

• 1.8 to 2 kg/m² at 1 mm thickness.Coverage will vary depending on the surface condition, tile size, and application method. For optimal results, ensure the surface is smooth, level, and free from defects..

Usage

1. Indoor and outdoor fixing of ceramic, vitrified, porcelain, glass and mosaic tiles.
2. Suitable for natural and engineered stones.
3. Suitable for concrete, metal, plywood, glass and drywall substrates.
4. Excellent adhesion to metal, stainless steel and composite substrates.
5. Ideal for wet areas such as bathrooms, showers, kitchens, balconies and terraces.
6. Recommended for vibration-prone areas and substrates subject to high deflection and movement.
7. Recommended for thermally moving substrates.
