Micro Concrete – MC07
Overview
Micro Concrete MC07 is a ready to use dry powder which requires only addition of clean water at the site to produce a free flowing non shrink repair micro concrete. It is composed of good quality cement, properly selected aggregates & additives. It is used & designed for the new and repair of damaged reinforced concrete elements, particularly where access is restricted and where vibration of the placed material is difficult or impossible.
Coverage/Usage
Grouting of base plates of turbines, compressors, boiler feed pumps, bridge bearing pedestals, bore packing applications & other critical applications.
SWADI AG02 – ES [Non-shrink grout] that can withstand static and dynamic loads, making it ideal for grouting base plates of heavy machinery.
1. Surface Repair and Restoration
- Usage: Micro concrete is used to repair and restore damaged or deteriorated concrete surfaces, including spalled areas, cracks, and voids.
2. Structural Element Rehabilitation
- Usage: Micro concrete is employed for rehabilitating reinforced concrete elements such as beams, columns, and slabs that have suffered from corrosion or degradation.
3. Non-Shrink Grouting:
- Usage: Micro concrete serves as a non-shrink grouting material for filling gaps between base plates, machinery bases, and structural elements.
