Evoshine Screed W22

Overview

Swadi EvoShine Screed W22 is a heavy-duty epoxy cement hybrid underlayment screed designed for use beneath epoxy/pu flooring systems. It is specifically formulated for application on concrete substrates that are damp or contain high moisture levels.

Unlike solvent-based screeds, W22 offers excellent tolerance to substrate moisture and can be applied on concrete with residual moisture content exceeding 4%. The screed acts as a moisture barrier, helping to prevent moisture-related flooring failures such as blistering, debonding, and delamination of subsequent epoxy coatings.

Can be applied at a thickness of 2.5 to 5 mm, W22 provides a dense, durable, and moisture-resistant surface suitable for industrial and commercial flooring applications.

Usage

Used as heavy duty underlayment screed for concrete substrates which has moisture >4%
Underlayment screed for Epoxy/PU floorings.
Can be applied on damp or green concretes.
Can be applied over rising damp concretes.
Suitable for both interior and exteriors applications.

Evoshine Screed WS22 is supplied in 35 kg pack, which contains 4.55 kg (Resin), 2.45 kg (Hardener), 28 kg (Graded mineral filler).
