Cem-Link 52
Overview
Swadi® Cem-Link 52 is a high-performance epoxy bonding agent, designed to create a strong, lasting bond between fresh concrete and existing cured concrete. The Cem-Link 52 bonding agent has an extended pot life and a minimum cured bond strength of 50 MPa, values that are not achieved by traditional methods or regular bonding agents. The bonding agent can also be used for repairs, crack filling, and priming of concrete substrates at the time of repair.
Cem-Link 52 is formulated as a solvent free system, which consists resin (part a) and hardener (part b) and supplied as a two-component system which are pre-weighed and packed.
Usage
Cem-Link 52 is designed for bonding fresh, wet cementitious materials to old and fully cured concrete surfaces. It is ideal for residential constructions, high-rise buildings, bridges, and similar structural works where reliable adhesion is critical. Cem-Link 52 is also used as a primer to enhance the bond between repair mortars and concrete substrates.
