Anchor Tile Grip
Overview
Swadi Anchor Tile Grip is a ready-to-use, solvent-free primer formulated with synthetic resins in water dispersion and selected fine aggregates. It is designed to enhance adhesion on smooth or low-absorbent substrates. It creates a highly textured, rough surface that provides an excellent key for tile adhesives, self-levelling compounds, screeds, and renders.
Swadi Anchor Tile Grip is specially developed to ensure strong bonding over difficult substrates such as ceramic and porcelain tiles, terrazzo, natural stones, plasterboard, and painted surfaces. Once dry, the coating forms a durable, water-resistant adhesive film that improves mechanical anchoring of subsequent layers.
The product is easy to apply by brush or roller, dries quickly, and is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Its formulation is non-flammable, VOC-compliant, and safe for use in enclosed spaces.
Usage
1.) Existing ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, terrazzo, and natural stone.
2.) Epoxy or polyurethane resin coatings.
3.) Smooth or sealed concrete.
4.) Plasterboard, cement boards, and fiber cement panels.
