Overview
WADI – AG04 is supplied as a ready-to-use dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free-flowing, non-shrink grout for a gap thickness of up to 100mm. AG04 is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers, and chemical additives. The low water demand ensures high early strength. The grade fillers are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent grout. AG04 has a very high 7 days Compressive strength of 50 to 60 N/mm2. Which no other cement-based grouts provide. Consistency in the performance of AG04 grout is assured, as only recommended quantity of water is required to be added to the designed premix composition. The flowable and self-leveling properties ensure complete filling voids and perfect bearing. AG04 grout can be poured, pumped, and compacted.

Grouting of base plates of turbines, compressors, boiler feed pumps, bridge bearing pedestals, bore packing applications & other critical applications.
